How I Serve

Most of my clients have been referred to me by past clients or friends and family. That doesn’t mean I wouldn’t LOVE to work with YOU! 

For my buyer clients, the first thing I like to do is have a conversation to get to know your needs and wants and what lifestyle you are aiming for. The Tampa Bay area has a lot to offer in terms of how to get the most out of our city, so it’s helpful to know what kind of activities you like, what your family dynamic is like, etc. 

If a client has a home to sell, I like to visit the home to see what improvements or updates have been added, get a feel for their goals, etc.
